Do you offer refunds if i'm not happy?

We do offer refunds if we haven't started any design or coding work on your project. This is because it takes time, effort and cash for us to do this stuff and if we were to offer a money back guarantee we would lose our tookus. You can, however cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your current paid month will run through to the beginning of your next billing cycle and then you?re done.

Is there a free version of eBandLive?

Nope. There are a lot of free services out there for you to take advantage of but we're here to make you look as professional as we can. Plus, it took a lot of blood sweat and tears (yes, we cried a lot) to get this bad boy up and running. Would you work for free?

How long does it take to get our site up and running?

It doesn't take too long at all. Our average turn around time is between 10-12 working days (doesn't include weekends) with the "We Design" package and 7-10 working days (after we approve the design's functionality) with the "You Design" package. Timelines depend on amount of workflow at hand as well as how quickly communication between us and the client flows. Timelines are not guaranteed though we do our best to meet them.

Why don't you offer free domain registration?

Well, we thought about it but decided not to. If we were to register your domain we would ultimately own your domain name. We don't want to do that. You should own your domain name. Period. Register one at GoDaddy.

What does WYSIWYG mean and what does it do?

"What You See Is What You Get". It can reference many things but in our case is referencing our text editor. Basically this means that when you add postings, what you see in the editor is how it will look on your website.

What is CSS/XHML coding?

It's the "New School" way of coding websites. For years the standard has been table based HTML (which is naughty) but CSS/XHTML gets rid of the tables all together. Its a bit more involved than that, google it if you want more info, for now take comfort in the fact that we're doing things right :)
