How do I set up email addresses for my bandmates?

1. Go to mail.[client domain name].com to log in with the credentials we sent you in your setup email. If you domain name hasn’t started working yet you can access you email with the following link: https://www.google.com/a/[client domain name]
2. Click on “manage this domain” in the upper right hand corner of the screen
3. Click on “Create new users”
4. Fill out the form.
5. Make sure to write down and save the temporary password that gets assigned automatically or click “Set password” to make it something you will remember as you will need to send that to your bandmate so they can login for the first time.

Why yes you can. We’ve decided to use Disqus as our commenting solution for the immediate future.  During your setup process we will get you a Disqus account allowing you to moderate comments directly from your site or through Disqus’ moderation panel.

Hop on over to your favorite registrar. GoDaddy.com is pretty inexpensive. Register.com works. You don’t need to purchase anything else from these services other than your domain name.

The easiest way is for us to do it for you, just send your eBandLive representative your registrar login info and we’ll take it from there.

During your set up process we assign you a google analytics account.

1. Hop over to analytics.google.com
2. Login with the credentials included in your setup email.
3. Dig into your visitor traffic reports.

Go to mail.yourdomainname.com, enter your email address, password your recieved in the setup email we sent you.
